Sunhaven is a 50-unit community that provides permanent supportive housing, the first of its kind in Clark County, Nevada.

Purpose-built to support long-term stability, Sunhaven combines high-quality residential units with dedicated on-site spaces for resident services, community engagement, and services coordination, creating a supportive housing environment designed to promote well-being and connection.

Our Mission

Sunhaven was created to provide stable, affordable, permanent housing paired with intensive supportive services for individuals facing significant barriers to housing stability. The project operates using a Housing First, trauma-informed, and harm-reduction approach, prioritizing immediate access to housing without preconditions related to sobriety, treatment participation, or service compliance. Sunhaven addresses chronic homelessness and housing instability in Clark County by combining long-term housing with on-site engagement, case management, and coordinated access to health and behavioral health services.

Integrated Operations & Supportive Services

Sunhaven operates through a coordinated, multi-partner model that seamlessly integrates property management and supportive services to promote resident stability and success. Together, this integrated team works collaboratively to ensure Sunhaven is not just housing, but a supportive community where residents can build stability, connection, and a future.

  • Ovation Property Management

    Oversees leasing, compliance, maintenance, and financial management while upholding Housing First and trauma-informed principles.

  • Mojave

    Serves as the primary clinical and case management partner, providing individualized, voluntary services focused on housing stability, behavioral health, crisis intervention, and long-term success.

  • WestCare

    Supports on-site community engagement and peer-informed services, including life skills development, crisis response, and connection to essential resources.

  • Coordinated Living of Southern Nevada (CLSN)

    Provides administrative coordination, funder reporting, cross-partner collaboration, and limited supportive functions such as transportation and food access.

A Strong Development Partnership

Sunhaven was developed through a partnership between Ovation Design and Development, Inc. (ODDI) and Coordinated Living of Southern Nevada (CLSN).

ODDI is a Las Vegas–based multifamily development firm with extensive experience delivering high-quality housing across Southern Nevada, including market-rate and affordable developments.

CLSN is a Nevada nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing affordable and supportive housing and brings deep experience in aligning housing development with resident services and long-term community stability.

Together, the partners combine private-sector development capacity with nonprofit mission alignment to deliver permanent supportive housing that meets critical community needs.
