About Sunhaven
Sunhaven is a newly constructed, three-story, 50-unit permanent supportive housing community, the first of its kind in Clark County, Nevada.
Purpose-built to support long-term stability, Sunhaven combines high-quality residential units with dedicated on-site spaces for resident services, community engagement, and coordinated care, creating a supportive housing environment designed to promote well-being and connection.
By combining permanent housing with on-site engagement, case management, and coordinated access to health and behavioral health services, Sunhaven offers residents the foundation they need to thrive and maintain long-term housing stability.
Our Mission
Sunhaven was created to address chronic homelessness and housing instability by providing stable, affordable housing paired with intensive, voluntary supportive services. The project is grounded in a Housing First, trauma-informed, and harm-reduction philosophy, ensuring residents can access housing immediately—without preconditions related to sobriety, treatment participation, or service compliance.

A Strong Development Partnership
Sunhaven was developed through a partnership between Ovation Design and Development, Inc. (ODDI) and Coordinated Living of Southern Nevada (CLSN).
ODDI is a Las Vegas–based multifamily development firm with extensive experience delivering high-quality housing across Southern Nevada, including market-rate and affordable developments.
CLSN is a Nevada nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing affordable and supportive housing and brings deep experience in aligning housing development with resident services and long-term community stability.
Together, the partners combine private-sector development capacity with nonprofit mission alignment to deliver permanent supportive housing that meets critical community needs.

Sunhaven operates through a coordinated, multi-partner model that seamlessly integrates property management and supportive services to promote resident stability and success.
